Round table - “Building the future with standards: the implementation of Eurocodes and National Annexes in Luxembourg”

The EN Eurocodes are a series of 10 European Standards, providing a common approach for the design of buildings and other civil engineering works and construction products. In order to take into account national specificities, such as climatic variations, security factors (national responsibility), National Annexes have been added. In Luxembourg, these annexes, product of a collective work, will play a prominent role for building projects in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. ILNAS, as Luxembourg's Standards Organization and coordinator of the National Annexes, organizes on Tuesday October, 25th a round table to present and understand the challenges of these new standards.
