The aim of the conference "The second generation Eurocodes: what is new and why?" is to present the opportunities offered by the Second Generation Eurocodes to decision-makers in- and outside the EU, industry associations, engineers, architects, designers, specifiers and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. The event will focus on the next generation Eurocodes and the technical advances they bring.
The conference is supported by JRC - European Commission Joint Research Centre, Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen, Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr, and PRB - Initiative Practice-oriented Rules in Building construction.
