Design Of Concrete Structures to Eurocode 2

Eurocode 2, is the new standard for the design of concrete structures and is of fundamental importance given the predominance of concrete in civil engineering construction. Whilst the transfer of concrete design to Eurocode 2 will have a significant impact on UK design practice it is a robust code and offers a less prescriptive approach to design. This one-day course considers the key elements of the new concrete design code and its application in design practice. It also gives background information about the wider Structural Eurocode programme currently in production.
