Eurocode 4 Part 1.1 Design of composite steel and concrete structures deals with the design of composite beams, slabs and columns. This course concentrates on the design of composite beams and slabs as used in modern building construction. It is intended to review the design principles of the Eurocode 4, and, more importantly, to present the design procedures for designing composite beams and slabs in accordance with the code. In addition to the Eurocode 4, cross references will be made to other Eurocodes, for example Eurocode 2 and Eurocode 3.
