Abstract
This special issue of the Italian journal Structural Magazine collects some contributions presented in a workshop at EUCENTRE (Pavia, Italy) in June 2025, dedicated to the Second-Generation EN 1998 - Eurocode 8: Design for Earthquake Resistance. The workshop was aimed to the professional audience, with particular focus on practical aspects and applications.
Members of CEN/TC 250/SC 8, the Technical Committee responsible for the maintenance of Eurocode 8, are among the authors of the papers featured in this special issue. The papers are available in English and Italian and can be downloaded from the webpage of Structural Magazine after subscription.
