Unlocking the future of construction: EUROCODES 2nd Generation Conference

The European construction industry is set to undergo a significant transformation with the arrival of the 2nd generation of Eurocodes, and a conference has been organized to provide an overview of the new generation of Eurocodes, including principles, calendar, available documentation, and operational impacts. The event, scheduled to take place on March 19, 2026, in Paris, aims to prepare professionals for the entry into force of the new Eurocodes, which will become available from October 1, 2027, and will replace the old norms by autumn 2028. The conference will feature expert speakers and provide a platform for discussion on the latest developments in Eurocodes, including the integration of new materials and reinforced requirements for durability and safety 

The objective of the one-day conference, 'EUROCODES 2nd Generation', is to provide a comprehensive overview of the new generation of Eurocodes, and it is targeted at engineers, technical managers, and construction professionals who want to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in building design and standardization, organized by the École des Ponts as part of its continuing education program - for more information, please refer to the attached documentation.
